ADP Sales Support Analyst in Maitland, Florida

ADP is hiring a Sales Support Analyst

We are currently looking for a Sales Analyst to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will involve supporting the sales teams for the deal closing process, evaluating documentation, and providing detailed assistance to our underwriting team. Collaboration with sales teams and internal partners is essential for success in this role, particularly regarding policy changes. Must have a strong background in sales support and a proven ability to adapt to change quickly as this will be pivotal.

This is a highly visible and instrumental role to our sales organizations. We are seeking an individual who has high-energy, likes to win, and thrives where things move fast, and deadlines must be hit without exception.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and validate client data and work directly with sales team to ensure accurate collection of key documentation

  • Gathering client information such as I9s, garnishments, pricing addendums, service agreements and more to complete the deal closing paperwork

  • Knowledgeable of closed deal requirements & auditing to ensure accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and meet individual & team KPIs.

  • Work independently to resolve challenges and provide creative solutions to sales’ issues and questions

  • Demonstrated organizational skills like the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner

  • Understand and master closed deal requirements to ensure accuracy and timeliness on deal submission to implementation partners

  • Provide recommendations to ADP leadership around potential best practices and training on ADP solutions, based on client input or experience

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience working in customer support or client service/customer service environment

Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

  • Proven ability to produce positive results

  • Strong client relationship building skills

  • Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or an equivalent CRM

  • Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills

  • The ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations

  • Initiative to seek out answers, solutions, and positive outcomes for both the client and ADP.

  • Ability to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and categorize high-level information.

  • Strong Microsoft Office experience. Advanced proficiency in Excel required.

  • Proficiency in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems

  • The ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently while making sound decisions

  • Good knowledge of industry tools

  • Excellent analytical and time management skills

  • Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
