Note: The pay rate for this job is $30 - $38 / hour

Responsibilities:

• High end interior finish carpentry

• Ceiling coffer

• Crown molding

• Trim Baseboards

• Custom hardwood doors & cabinets

• Working with high tolerances and high end materials

• Top quality work Ladder/scaffold work up to 16' (Must be comfortable working over head)

Qualifications:

• E-Verify: Must be eligible to work in the United States

• Minimum 5 years of finish residential and commercial carpentry experience

• Self sufficient and fully tooled in the trade

• Strong scheduling and blueprint reading skills as well as knowledge of metal stud/wood framing, material management, metal doors, hardware install, drywall, trim, cabinets/counter tops, suspended grid, tile install, etc. -

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

• Must be able to clear a Background Check
