Franklin County Sheriff/Jail Employment Opportunities

The Franklin County Sheriff/Jail is accepting applications for the following positions:

1) Deputy Sheriff Sergeant

Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and two (2) years experience in law enforcement and correctional activities.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: (Copy must be submitted with completed application.) 1) Candidate/incumbent must possess and maintain a valid NYS Drivers License and a driving record acceptable to the Countys insurance carrier. 2) In order to be eligible for appointment candidate must meet all current requirements of Section 58 of the Civil Service Law
