Summary of Role:

As part of our broader Global Memory Solutions (GMS) team, you will collaborate to define, develop, and characterize SRAM bit cells for both new and existing technologies used in AI, Automotive, Industrial, Communications, and IT applications. This role will be based out of our Fab 8 location in Malta, NY.

Essential Responsibilities Include:

  • Participate in the defin ition and develop ment of SRAM bit cells.

  • Analyze and summarize hardware characterization of SRAM bit cells.

  • Model to Hardware correlation of SRAM bit cells.

  • S imulate and characterize SRAM bit cells.

  • Support SRAM bit cell enablement , for example Layout, DRC , and LVS, for PDK development.

  • Support SRAM IP development, working with the Physical Design Kit (PDK) teams and internal and external IP teams.

    Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs .

    Required Qualifications:

  • Graduating with a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering , Microe lectronics Engineering, or related field from an accredited degree program .

  • Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.

  • Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal).

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's in Electrical Engineering , Microe lectronics Engineering, or related field from an accredited degree program .

  • Prior related internship or co-op experience .

  • Understanding of planar gate and F inFET CMOS manufacturing flows.

  • Understanding of semiconductor device physics.

  • Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.

  • Project management skills - the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong planning & organizational skills.

Expected Salary Range

$52,500.00 - $107,000.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
