Summary of Role:

Ensure competitive supply of high quality materials in the U.S. and all our fabs to leverage the global supply base and transfer global best practices from both a commercial and technical standpoint.

Essential Responsibilities:

Ensure competitive supply of high quality materials in the U.S. and all our fabs to leverage the global supply base and transfer global best practices from both a commercial and technical standpoint. Participate in negotiating contracts, and develop and implement the sourcing strategy for Semiconductor Chemicals – Lithography chemicals. Develop sourcing strategy(s) for assigned commodity in alignment with the objectives of the Global Supply Management organization and the needs and strategy for all manufacturing sites. Act as the primary supplier interface to enable supplier development and collaboration. Plan and in commercial local and global negotiations. Actively utilize strategic tools, processes & systems to perform sourcing and analytical/reporting tasks (Jaggaer, Spend Analytics, Power BI, Cleansheeting, Negotiation Planners, etc). Act as the primary procurement point of contact for stakeholders for assigned commodity(s) for both ongoing manufacturing operations and new product development activities. Support site specific supply issues working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other key internal stakeholders. Identify continuous improvement opportunities, alternative sourcing strategies, global price trends, and communicate progress / achievements to realize maximum value and organizational objectives. Monitor the local and global market to identify potential new suppliers, product derivatives, and product innovations. Analyze, manage, and control contractual agreements and prepare renegotiations to achieve commercial and technical objectives. Develop a robust business continuity sourcing plan for assigned commodity(s) via mapping supply base and geographic risks with corresponding mitigation plans.

Other Responsibilities:

· Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:

· Education – Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field.

· Experience – 3 years of post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a similar role. 3 years of experience must include: (1) Negotiation with strategic suppliers; (2) Contracting Skills; (3)

Executive Presentation Skills; (4) Cleansheeting; (5) Spend Analytics; (6) Semiconductor Experience; (7) Negotiation Planner; (8) Supplier Performance Management; (9) Change Management Skills; (10) Jaggaer. Domestic Travel 5%; International Travel 2% to Germany or Singapore.

Salary range: $115,586– $146,300

Salary range: $115,586– $146,300
