Summary of Role:

Manufacturing Engineers are responsible for maximizing tool utilization and efficiency. Work alongside the module team to identify systematic and tactical issues reducing overall output. Get exposure to upper management by highlighting problematic toolsets and providing updates. Work together with operations team to develop detailed run plans to help keep the manufacturing line linear and drive the FAB to moves target.

Essential Responsibilities include:

  • Provides oversite and guidance of operational activities in ensuring productive use of manufacturing, process and equipment to meet the daily targets and operational goals - Cycle time, Throughput, FAB moves, Prototype success and Fabout - Shipment Plan

  • Work 12 hr shift schedule alternating 4 day and 3 day work weeks 6AM – 6 PM.

  • Supports engineering and industrial engineering for accurate and up-to-date assumptions, constraints and UPH are used in the tools capacity modeling

  • Drives manufacturing efficiencies, quality and productivity improvements

  • Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education – Graduating with Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering field from an accredited degree program.

  • Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.

  • Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior related internship or co-op experience.

  • Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.

  • Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong planning & organizational skills

  • Exposure to data manipulation. Savy in excel macros and power BI

Expected Salary Range

$49,400.00 - $103,000.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
