Title: Sr Engineer Process EngineeringJob duties: Sustain production line, daily statistical process control (SPC) monitoring, Cpk improvement, and troubleshooting for process and tool issues in support of semiconductor manufacturing efforts. Work on tool set up, qualification, and tool matching. Improve process robustness for high-volume manufacturing using statistical tools, design of experiment (DOE) techniques, data driven decision-making and systematic problem-solving skills. Use lean manufacturing and Six Sigma processes. Design, execute, and analyze experiments to develop advanced front-end-of-line (FEOL), middle-of-line (MOL), and back-end-of-line (BEOL) etch processes to meet technology (e.g. performance, yield, and reliability) and manufacturing (e.g. process stability, cost of ownership) targets. Support the Integration team and Quality organization to ensure technology meets qualification and reliability requirements. Develop new cleans processes as needed for new technology development activities and support new technology transfer processes from other fabrication sites.Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, Microelectronic Engineering, or a related field of study.
