Summary of Role:

Lead a team of Production Control engineers and Wafer Fab Technicians with primary responsibility for daily manufacturing operations and production planning from development phase, New Product Introduction (NPI), and full volume production.

Essential Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Production Control engineers and Wafer Fab Technicians with primary responsibility for daily manufacturing operations and production planning from development phase, New Product Introduction (NPI), and full volume production. Simulate volume starts, output, moves, cycle time, and demand profile and translating it to daily target. Ensuring the factory always exceeded the volume and meet On Time Delivery. Achieve all business metrics in accordance with Fab 8’s business plan: Including wafer scheduling, production output, associated financial commitments, communication, strategic planning, cross-site interactions and overall company support. Collaborate with various functions of organizations such as ISC, Customer Engineering, Fab 8 MFG Ops, AME and Finance to ensure key metrics are always met. Partner with Analytics team to drive analytics synergy and digitize reports for faster decision making and single source of truth. Supervises 7 subordinate employees: Principal Eng Production Control, Sr Engineer Manufacturing Operations, Sr Analyst Production Control, Engineer Production Control, and Waferfab Tech Manufacturing Operations.

Other Responsibilities:

· Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:

· Education – Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field of study.

· Experience – 2 years of experience in the job offered, as Operations Engineer or related occupation. The applicable experience must include: (1) semiconductor Production Planning and Control methodology; (2) Leading role in highly matrixed organizations involving Supply Chain, Customer Engineering, AME, or MFG Ops; (3) Manufacturing or Production Planning experience; (4) Factory physics and automation; (5) SiView and ToolView.

Salary range: $123,781 – $170,000

Expected Salary Range

Salary range: $123,781 – $170,000
