Express Employment Professionals Accounting Assistant in Malvern, Pennsylvania

Our client is looking for an *Accounting Assistant* **to support a diverse range of administrative needs. You will support the Office Manager with QuickBooks Accounting tasks in addition to answering incoming phone calls and email requests, and other general office duties. This position calls for a highly organized and customer-service minded individual, who can work independently and within a group.   

Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:

  • General Ledger management
  • Prepare invoices into PDFs to be sent to clients
  • Work in excel to enter data and perform basic data manipulations (filtering, finding, etc) 
  • Support administrative functions of the accounting dep't

What we look for in an Accounting Assistant:

  • Manufacturing industry experience is req'd
  • Some Accounting experience req'd
  • Familiar with reconciliations, journal entry preparation, General Ledger
  • Must be productive in a deadline driven work environment.
  • Hands on knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
