The Dishwasher/ Utility Associate performs a combination of tasks to maintain the kitchen work area in a clean and orderly condition.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Returns food carts to dish room from dining areas; 2. Scrapes food from dirty dishes and places them on racks for dish washing; 3. Removes trash and disposes of it in proper manner; 4. Leaves work area in a clean and sanitary manner; 5.* *Performs other duties as requested.
