Express Employment Professionals Office Manager in Malvern, Pennsylvania

Our client is a small, professional, family-owned and operated businesses established over 22 years and built on principles of honesty, integrity, loyalty and hard work.  They are looking for a positive, friendly, multi-tasking Office Manager to work in a high-demanding and will report to the owners and Chief Financial Controller.

Office Manager job highlights:

§  Coordination: source information, channel to the appropriate authority, coordinate with external experts -- lawyers, landlords, accountant, insurance agents, etc.

§  Human Resources: Process employment paperwork, payroll, benefits coordination, analyze and complete corporate and/or para-legal documentation, contracts etc.  

§  Daily activities related to the maintenance/ upkeep of the businesses and properties including interpretation of leases, licensing, record-keeping, utilities, fleet, billing, filing and others 

§  Collaborate with internal/ external customers, outside callers, vendors, store managers and other stakeholders 

§  Reports, projects and research on various topics, as required and under guidance

Clerical & administrative: phone calls, mail, correspondence, organize and minute meetings, travel arrangements, data entry, supplies, maintain physical and/or electronic filing

§  Team player who is proactive, takes initiative, flexible, results-oriented and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment; Is highly motivated, organized, energetic and punctual. Attention to detail

§  Positive "can do" attitude and a strong work ethic

§  Ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information; trustworthiness a must.

§  Must be able to handle high-volume, urgent and important matters while producing high-caliber results

§  Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) Payroll management, Adobe, Internet, etc. Accounting software a plus (QuickBooks) though not a must

§  Prior experience and qualifications in an office setting preferred
