Chimney Sweep & Gas Fireplace Service company located in Central New Jersey looking for an experienced Assistant Service Manager. Duties include, but are not limited to:•Schedule service calls and create service routes based on location.•Create and maintain company database of clients.•Assess client issues and provide recommendations to fix problems.•Order parts and material for repairs.•Provide field technicians with daily work orders and schedules.•Ensure each client is given the necessary service and follow up to fill ongoing service needs.•Be willing to learn and obtain industry certifications as needed. All certifications are to be paid for by the company.•Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails.•Process payments over the phone.The ideal candidate should possess:•Strong customer service skills.•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products•Be willing to learn new software.•Have experience working in a service department or for a service company.•Be a team player.Pay starts at $25.00 per hour based on experience with potential for commissions after 90 days of employment.
