Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Application Support Engineer in Manchester, New Hampshire. The successful candidate will deliver secure, reliable, and intuitive software solutions that enable our team to serve its clients efficiently. This role entails designing, implementing, and maintaining core business applications and software integrations that streamline business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement core business applications that meet the needs of our team and clients

• Maintain and troubleshoot software integrations to ensure efficient business processes

• Administer the firm’s Microsoft SQL Server databases for optimal performance

• Automate business processes by writing scripts and creating workflows

• Manage relationships with technology partners that support integration projects

• Act as an internal subject matter expert on core line of business applications

• Independently manage and execute technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

• Leverage APIs to integrate and automate cloud-based applications

• Utilize common programming and scripting languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell

• Demonstrate proficiency in SQL database management

• Display a basic understanding of cloud-native application design

• Show knowledge of document management systems (DMS) and legal firm operations. Requirements • Proven experience of 5 or more years as an Application Support Engineer or similar role in the IT industry.

• Proficient knowledge in Application Development, Software Solutions, and Software Integration.

• Expertise in SQL Server, particularly MS SQL Server, is essential.

• Capable of writing scripts and creating workflows to enhance application functionalities.

• Familiarity with iManage, Aderant, Chromeriver, and CompuLaw systems is required.

• Proficient in programming languages including C# - Sharp, Java, JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
