Keystone Engineering is seeking a Junior Project Manager t o join our Mandeville or Metairie Office Team.

Work Environment/Physical Demands: Office/Sedentary
Travel Requirements : Occasional site visits required.
Essential Functions:
Manage the execution of projects under the guidance of a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, supporting Decommissioning Projects in the Gulf of Mexico.
Act as an interface between the project manager, project team, and the client representative.
Create, execute, and revise project execution plans required to meet client requirements and project metrics.
Identify resourcing needs, plan, and manage team responsibilities, and oversee day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects.
Ensure all project deliverables are reviewed, approved, and signed off before issuance to the client.
Become knowledgeable in cost estimating and control tools, pricing models, and billing procedures.
Assist in managing the project budget, and schedule, and maintain the Management of Change philosophy and procedures.
Champion safety and quality on the project, actively promoting and observing all company, client, and regulatory Health, Safety, Security, & Environment (HSSE) procedures.
Motivate the team to work together efficiently, acknowledge each member's contributions, and facilitate effective team and client meetings.
Keep track of lessons learned and share those lessons with team members and peers.
Develop lasting relationships with customer personnel that foster customer ties.
Understand the basic business drivers of our customers and their markets.
Lead regular status meetings with the project team, and keep the team informed of project status and changes.
Communicate relevant project information to superiors, resolving and/or escalating issues in a timely fashion.
Continuously seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, deepen customer relationships, and practice Quality Control while executing the work.
Requirements:
B.S. in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
3+ years of experience in upstream oil & gas projects and/or industrial plant facilities.
Experience working within a multidiscipline project team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and solution advocate.
Attention to detail.

Experience Preferred:
P.E. license or pursuing a license.
