This entry-level role requires no prior experience. As a Floating Teller/Member Service Representative, you will assist our members by processing transactions, recommending financial products, and ensuring a high level of service. Key Responsibilities: Build and sustain strong relationships with members, providing a friendly and professional experience. Meet performance goals related to service quality and accuracy. Accurately process transactions and manage cash securely. Adhere to all operational and security procedures to ensure compliance and safety. Communicate with both members and colleagues effectively in person, over the phone, and via email to provide assistance and answer questions as needed. Adapt to various duties and locations as needed, traveling between branches. Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Basic math and computer skills required. Previous experience working with the public is beneficial; cash handling experience is a plus. Reliable transportation is necessary for traveling between branches. What We Offer: Competitive starting wage of \$17.50/hour, with an additional \$1.00/hour for floating positions.
