Role Overview: As a Floating-Teller, you\'ll be a key point of contact for our members, providing top-notch service while handling various financial transactions with precision. Your role will involve traveling to different branches, gaining diverse experiences, and contributing to our mission of enhancing community financial health. Location: Rapids Road Branch with travel to other branches Teller Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly at each branch, assist with account-related inquiries, and provide exceptional support for their financial needs. Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions accurately, maintain a balanced drawer, and document all transactions diligently. Transaction Processing: Handle a variety of financial activities, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments efficiently. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions and customer interactions. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues or discrepancies with professionalism and efficiency. Technology Use: Operate banking software and systems to ensure seamless transaction processing and account management across different branches. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: No prior financial experience needed; customer service experience is advantageous. Skills: Proficiency in basic math and computer use is required. Preferred Experience: Previous experience with cash handling is beneficial but not required.
