Quality Maintenance is responsible for ensuring that our high standards for quality is followed. If there are any correction actions that need to be taken, Quality Maintenance documents all the steps that were taken to ensure compliance. This position is located att Lakeside Foods Packaging Center. Investigate any variances from approved procedures, standards, and specifications. Responsible for documentation, organization, and execution of procedures and specifications. Identify any corrective actions taken and attain documentation. Responsible for auditing all receiving docks, shipping docks, dry and/or frozen warehouse areas, frozen packaging supplies, frozen packaging lines, and the organization and inventory control of the QA sampling area. Track problems to determine the frequency of occurrences and origin of the problem. Prepare reports on all audit and problem-solving activities. Complete Preop Inspections and document corrective actions. Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures. May perform other duties as assigned.
