SCR Building Automation Systems Programmer in Mankato, Minnesota

OurCoreValues Perseverance / Integrity / Family / Stability / Competency Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement building automation systems (BAS) software solutions Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand system requirement and design specifications Program, configure, and integrate BAS controllers, devices, and systems from various manufacturers Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure functionality and performance Develop customized graphics and user interfaces for BAS dashboards Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams on BAS operations Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Minimum Requirements Proven experience programming and configuring BAS systems, including controllers (e.g., Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls) Knowledge of industry-standard protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks); proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or Java is a plus Familiarity with HVAC systems, lighting controls, access controls, and other building systems integration Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Physical Requirements Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
