The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Foundation Director of Finance with the day-to-day financial operations of the Foundation. This includes preparing payments to vendors and distributing those checks, monitoring the daily cash transactions between gift receipting and the daily bank information, preparing monthly reports to the campus community, and preparing journal entries. This position is responsible for accumulating all the Foundations financial transactions from the Universities system, reconciling this information and recording to the Foundation system. Based on the essential functions of this positions, MMB Policy #1422, and University policies relating to flexible work, this position is eligible for the following work modes: Telework: Up to 10% of the time. A position with a work arrangement that allows an employee to perform work on a regular basis at a telework location that is not the employee's permanent/principal work location.
