PARK NATIONAL BANK Branch Operations Support Content Specialist in Mansfield, Ohio

Description Job Responsibilities A Flexible Work Arrangement is available for this role. Expectation is 2 days a week onsite, with 3 days remote possible. Create, review, and maintain business line procedures and guidelines to ensure accuracy related to program updates, regulatory requirements, and operational changes. Apply expertise against relevant policies, guidelines, procedures, systems, and programs to mitigate risk. Resolve technical and tactical issues related to account opening process, teller and customer service transactions under general supervision. Support managing the retail deposit operations knowledge system, ensuring consistent document placement and current content. Oversee form updates as requested, making forms user-friendly and overseeing accurate publishing and distribution Develop and communicate branch communication with updates, reminders, etc. as needed. Send all updated procedures to the Retail Training team monthly or as needed. Work with Branch Operations Support Manager on projects as needed, developing communication on upcoming changes as well as procedure creation/updates. Position expectation of Content Specialist 80% and branch contact/support 20%. Adjustments as needed for Branch Operations Support team coverage with meetings, lunches, vacations, unforeseen circumstances, etc. Complete daily, weekly, monthly tasks on time as assigned. Additional Information Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This position is Full Time, hourly and non-exempt. A minimum of 37.5 hours per week are required to maintain a Full-Time status. Periodic overtime may be required based on business need. Saturday/Sunday as needed for special projects.
