PRIMARY FUNCTION: Is a leader within the Residential Department.  Under the supervision of the Director is responsible for the supervision of the Residential Supervisors, Supervisor of Food Services, Life Enrichment and Events Coordinator, Residential Team Assistant, and Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professionals (QIDPs).  Responsible for the overall ICF operation of the Residential homes including adequate staffing, staff training, and ensuring consistent supervision on all shifts.  Ensures ODH and DODD compliance.

*QUALIFICATIONS: *

Completion of Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology or Human Service Field required with minimum two years management or supervisory experience. Minimum three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Strong preference given to candidates with program experience in ICF/DD residential setting.  Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stoop, position and transfer.

Must possess and maintain a valid Ohio Driver License and maintain insurability as required by Board Policy.
