Schedule: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring every customer receives top-notch support. Beyond handling inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, you'll champion customer feedback to drive improvements in merchandising, site usability, and policies, fostering loyalty and retention. Primary Responsibilities: Responding to and resolving inbound and outbound customer service inquiries via various channels. Following up on order issues and implementing process enhancements. Identifying areas for improvement based on customer feedback. Crafting effective messages for customer communication. Managing orders through company system.
