Great River Energy is looking for a dynamic Member Strategist to lead the charge in residential beneficial electrification and energy efficiency programs. You'll work closely with our member-owner cooperatives to create strategies that drive Minnesota's energy goals! Summary: As a Member Strategist, you will be the driving force behind innovative electrification initiatives, enhancing demand-side management programs, and growing energy efficiency efforts. Total Rewards: A typical starting range for this position is $122,0000 to $144,000 + DOE. Responsibilities: Responsible for leading the development and administration of Residential and CI&A beneficial electrification and energy efficiency programs. Provide continuous key account services to member cooperatives that will ensure complete member satisfaction and positive member experiences. Plans, directs and monitors all activities for small to large scale projects.
