Keep abreast of industry changes and developments. Train supervisors and employees. Manage and certify all employees in safety training, including forklift operations. Maintain a training matrix for all employees. Guide employees on how to use the MRP system. Encourage career development. Communicate information effectively with team members. Requirements of the training coordinator: High school diploma, college diploma preferred. Minimum 4 years of experience in training. Detail oriented Proficiency in Microsoft Office-both excel and word. Strong people skills Highly motivated Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
