This is a hybrid role being onsite in Maple Plain, MN on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of complex Go to Market (GTM) and customer implementations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills. The successful candidate will drive process scalability, engage with key leadership, and ensure customer satisfaction through strategic partnerships and expert oversight. What you'll do: Ownership of Customer Implementations:Manage a portfolio of complex customer implementations, such as new customer onboarding, integrations, unique customer requests, and technology implementations. Project Management: Lead a variety of GTM projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet customer requirements and organizational standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with various departments to develop scalable processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the GTM organization. Collaborate with teams to identify improvements and drive process innovation. Training and Process Rollout:Collaborate with various GTM training and process teams to implement newly defined and tested processes across appropriate teams. Ensure thorough understanding and adoption of processes to achieve operational excellence. Communication and Leadership Alignment:Maintain transparent communication with key leadership regarding project progress and updates. Facilitate alignment and consensus on strategic priorities and goals. Customer Partnership:Establish strong partnerships with internal and external customers to ensure all requirements and expectations are being met. Act as a bridge between customers and the organization to enhance service delivery and satisfaction. Subject Matter Expertise:Serve as the subject matter expert on program management processes and best practices. Complete day-to-day operational tasks efficiently while maintaining a strategic focus on long-term goals. Special Projects Management:Oversee special projects and deliverables, including ITAR implementation, GTM transformation initiatives, etc., ensuring successful completion and alignment with organizational objectives. What it takes: 5+ years of proven experience in program or project management, preferably with a focus on customer implementations and cross-functional initiatives. Strong ability to manage complex projects and work collaboratively across diverse teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining alignment with leadership and fostering partnerships with customers. Expertise as a subject matter expert within program management, with the ability to handle both strategic and operational activities. Demonstrated bility to develop scalable processes and successfully implement them across large and diverse teams. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage various projects simultaneously. What's in it for you?
