This is a hybrid role being onsite in Maple Plain, MN on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The Sr Demand Generation Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing the demand generation strategies that build relationships with our customer for the Americas region. This critical role has accountability to identifying, implementing and managing regional activities, sales enablement and technology and automation advancements to promote brand awareness and drive customer acquisition, lifecycle selling and retention efforts. In this role, the Sr Manager leads a team of Demand Gen and Marketing Operations specialists. This strategic leadership position balances high-level planning with tactical execution, focusing on achieving key performance indicators and effective collaboration with sales, revenue operations and marketing teams. What you'll do: Strategic Planning & Execution: Define and implement the demand generation strategy, prioritizing regional growth in customer acquisition, cross-selling and brand awareness. Establish Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target, nurture and convert prioritized industry and key accounts. Develop lifecycle marketing strategies that results in customer cross-selling and conversion. Utilize and maximize technology, automation and tools to optimize marketing efficiencies, customer reach and enhance customer experience across channels. Leverage global brand strategies to align with regional brand initiatives, ensuring cohesive messaging across campaigns and a strong regional presence. Collaborate with product marketing to incorporate launches and key messaging into regional demand generation strategy. Performance Management & Goal Setting: Establish team goals and KPIs, managing and monitoring ongoing performance to ensure regional demand generation team is aligned to growth targets. Partner closely with the Americas marketing and sales teams to ensure goals are clear, measurable, and contribute directly to broader organizational objectives. Work with Revenue and Sales Operations to ensure marketing strategies are aligned to sales growth strategies and targets. Event and Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of America Region events, webinars and tradeshow opportunities ensuring alignment with demand generation and marketing objectives. Serve as marketing point with sales, sales ops, sales enablement and revenue ops fostering alignment on campaign planning and priorities. Budget & Performance Analysis: Manage and optimize the America demand generation budget, focusing on ROI and aligning spending with campaign and channel performance insights. Analyze marketing analytics, making data-driven decisions to adjust strategies and optimize results. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Wor closely with regional sales, marketing peers and global brand teams to maximize campaign impact and ensure alignment with global goals. Act as a bridge between America demand generation needs and the global company strategy, providing feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business fields. 8+ years in marketing, at least 2 years with Demand Generation responsibilities. Minimum of 3 years managing a team. Proven experience in demand generation or regional marketing, with expertise in marketing automation and technology, ABM and sales enablement. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce and Pardot. B2B/Manufacturing experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrated success in developing demand generation strategies that yield significant revenue and lead growth. Strong leadership skills with experience in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams. Exceptional analytical and budget management skills, with the ability to track and measure campaign impact effectively. Excellent communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively in global settings. Strategic and adaptable, with a keen understanding of complex problem solving.
