Because at Solventum , we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Business Intelligence Developer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will provide hands-on Development and direction to agile product teams for Cloud based Business Intelligence solutions. Here, you will make an impact byAssisting with designing and developing solutions for the Business Intelligence & Analytics team.Supporting with developing initiatives to expose data and build dashboards for Health Care customers.Assisting Business Intelligence design efforts of new project initiatives, including meeting with subject matter experts on data, profiling data, and prototypingSupport implementing Report and Dashboard best practices with internal technical team and the AWS support teamCollaborate with business partners and other technical staff to understand functional requirements and create system requirements, assess available technologies, and recommend solution options.Supporting various stakeholders to ensure consistency within the environment, release management, and the effective use of standards and best practicesCreate document style (RSD) reporting, including the creation of Narrowcast services for automated report delivery.Partner with the Business team, System Architects, Data Architects, and DBAs to resolve reporting inefficiencies.Multitask and re-prioritize efforts on a regular basisActively participate in requirements gathering sessions and ongoing best-practice definition discussionsAssist and mentor less experienced colleagues with standards and best practicesPractice and advocate fundamental engineering techniques, discipline, and best practices including requirements development, planning and estimation, configuration management, performance testing, and quality assurance.Provide operational product support and problem resolution through root cause analysis and other troubleshooting techniquesYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higherORHigh School Diploma/GED AND 2 years of software experience (Course work and internship time included)In addition to the above requirements, the follow ng are also required :Experience developing dashboards and reports using an enterprise Business Intelligence or Reporting platformAdditional qualifications that could h elp you succeed even further in this role include:3 years of experience building simple to complex SQL queries3 years of experience building solutions com prised of analytics derived from large data warehouses or equivalent large data setsExperience using AWS QuickSight building advanced dashboardsBachelor's degree in Computer Science , Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fieldSolid understanding of relational structures, dimensio nal data modeling, Data Warehouse and BI techniques.Experience on techniques using Filters, Prompts, Templates, Hierarchies, Metrics, and Attributes.Ability to troubleshoot and research data and reporting issuesDemonstrated experience in dashboard and report development, testing, tuning, scheduling report delivery and alerts.Work experience in the healthcare industry and/or with healthcare dataDemonstrated abilities in creative problem solving and critical thinkingProficiency with Microsoft Office productsExcellent time management skillsStrong communicator, possessing interpersonal skills and judgment to interact effectively with a broad spectrum of people, both individually and in groupsExcellent analytical and documentation skillsHighly motivated and a self-starterAgile development methodology experienceWork location:Remote United StatesTravel: Relocation Assistance: Not authorized.Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment...Equal Opportunity Employer - minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity
