Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a(n) Clinical Affairs Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Leading the design of research studies which generate clinical evidence that supports new product launches and existing products.Develop and document long term clinical strategy for New Product Introduction programs collaborating and aligning with other functions to define the clinical evidence requirements to meet business needs for product launch and growth, including evidence for claim generation, design validation and to satisfy regulatory requirements.Leading discussions with NPI teams, Product Development lab or marketing to prioritize clinical evidence needs and present these needs for clinical resourcing and study development.Working with cross functional team to develop an on-time research proposal which outlines the study design including objectives, endpoints and subject population.Supports business segments by leading monthly report out meetings to communicate the status of on-going clinical studies and discuss new/identified clinical evidence needs.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND three (3) years of recent and relevant clinical research experience in a private, public, government or military environment.ORHigh School Diploma/GED AND ten (10) years of relevant clinical research experience in a private, public, government or military environment.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Strong strategic thinking to inform business decision making by translating evidence needs and gaps into clinical outcomes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Identifying research needs, establishing research strategy, study trial design, site selection, investigator qualification, protocol, and/or final report writing/editing.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while adapting to change in work priorities, strategies and procedures.Collaborates with colleagues to innovate, problem solve, influence and/or negotiate as needed.Familiar wit regulatory guidelines (FDA, MDR, NMPA) for clinical research.Experience reviewing external research protocols with the intention to support financially or with product.Work location: Remote-United StatesTravel: May include up to 10%[domestic/international]Relocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
