Here, you will make an impact by:Leading the Design and implementation of ERP systems to support Accounts Payable Processes on a global Scale, ensuring alignment with business objectives and processes across various regions and business unitsCollaborating with HCBG stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define a roadmap for ERP deployment and capabilitiesActing as the key liaison between functions, business teams and the IT team, ensuring effective communication, change acceptance and timely delivery of ERP solutionsDefining and maintaining global standards and best practices for ERP configuration, data management, and user training to ensure a consistent and efficient implementation processMonitoring and assessing the performance of ERP systems post-deployment, identifying areas for improvement and proactively addressing issues to optimize system functionality and user experience on a global scaleYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND Ten (10) years of Accounts Payable Operations ManagementORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND fourteen (14) years of Accounts Payable Operations ManagementANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Five (5) years of experience with ERP deployments and supporting SAP Technologies in a private, public, government or military environment5 years Project Management in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Proven Experience for deploying ERP a private, public, government or military environmentVIM & Open Text experienceAbility to manage complex, matrixed situations across multiple Layers and geographies to deliver expected results through influence and collaborationProven ability to successfully influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts to drive decisions across all levels of the organizationStrong communication skills, Business and process acumen, and analytical Ski lsPrior experience driving results as a Green Belt, Black Belt and/or Project ManagerFor current employees, internal transfer restrictions may not apply.
