Here, you will make an impact by:Lead the Division Strategic Planning process and strategy program management officeWork with the Division President, Global Business Unit, Technical, Value Stream and Area Division leaders to align business objectives to long-term regional and global strategies. In alignment with division M&A strategy, identify global candidate companies for investigation and prioritization of opportunities.Complete investigations of companies and prepare summaries for management reviewMonitor, assess and report on competitive activities and performanceIdentify opportunities to segment division performance (e.g. verticals and geographies) and track results with the segmentation. Link results in segments to key performance indicators to assist in measuring division results and predicting future performance.Provide advice and counsel for decision-making and operational/strategic planning to support overall growth strategyIdentify strategies based on thorough understanding of operating unit policies and practices and category, account and industry dynamicsNegotiate and counsel on an expert level, justify controversial positions and demonstrate advanced persuasion skills.
