Volt HR Analyst II in Maplewood, Minnesota
Remote Recruiter - Multiple Positions Volt is immediately hiring for Multiple Remote Recruiters, each specializing in a specific field of recruiting. These fields are Corporate, Manufacturing and Production, Technical, and Healthcare. These positions are contract roles, expected to last through the end of the year. Contract length could be extended based on an individual's attendance and performance. Each position requires 3 years of direct recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree, or 7 years of recruiting exp with a Highschool Diploma in at least one of the fields above. All positions are remote and will be an 8-hour shift between the hours of 9am - 3pm CST. All positions require at least 3 years of experience working in and with Workday Software. Duties:
- Source, screen, and recruit top talent for various positions within the company.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract passive candidates, including social media, networking, referrals, job boards, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to meet those needs.
- Conducting regular stakeholder meetings to educate on recruiting best practices, market data, including execution on recruiting processes and tools.
- Influencing and showcasing company culture to enhance our talent attraction strategy at all levels of the organization.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continuously improve recruiting process and strategies.
Required Experience/Qualifications:
- 3 years of recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree, or 7 years or recruiting experience with a High School Diploma/ Recruiting experience should be in Corporate, Manufacturing and Production, Technical, or Healthcare fields.
- 3 years of experience working in and with Workday Software.
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 9am to 3pm CST.
