Here, you will make an impact by:Catalyzing operational excellence overseeing import and export logistics operations for 3Ms US and Canada operationsFocusing on customers via identification of improved service programs and speed and reliability across inbound and outbound logistics flowsSponsoring improvement programs aimed at optimizing the transportation networks across all modes of international shippingContributing to strategic planning and global initiatives as a key member of the global Transportation senior leadership teamDriving a vision and effective transportation strategy with a team of strong and capable 3M logistics professionals in US and Canada logistics.Collaborating with Division and Business Group partners to lead, optimize, and cultivate continuous improvement of Supply Chain OperationsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionSeven (7) years of logistics experience in a private, public, government or military environmentThree (3) years of supervisory experience in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Masters degree in Supply Chain or Logistics from an accredited institutionTen (10) years of experience working in logistics in a private, public, government or military environmentStrong analytical abilitiesAbility to bring an outside-in and innovative focus on programs to drive safety, service, cost, and qualityWork location:Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to [St. Paul] at least 3 days per week)Travel: May include up to 20 % domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
