This organization supports enterprise-wide master data management, data engineering, data integration, data quality, and data science. Teams work with several technologies, including Power BI, Python, SQL, Snowflake, Power Platform, and more. Internship opportunities include both business and technical analyst.Enterprise Applications. The Enterprise Applications (EA) team develops and delivers work on the SAP and legacy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. They focus on providing an optimized experience for both customers and employees. Teams within this area work globally and across several different areas within 3M including, but not limited to, manufacturing execution, research and development, and corporate divisions. Internship opportunities are available for business analysis, technical analysis, user experience and development.Infrastructure Services. This organization provides flexible, enterprise-wide technologies to enable solutions and enhance platform performance and reliability to 3Ms customers, suppliers and employees. Infrastructure Services deploys and supports both on-premise and cloud technologies globally. Teams with internship opportunities include networking, edge computing, platform engineering, web hosting and others.Information Security, Risk & Compliance (ISRC). Our organization has a responsibility to safeguard sensitive information and assets. This encompasses protecting intellectual property, nonpublic corporate data, employee and customer privacy, confidential information entrusted to us by partners, and our technological infrastructure. We employ stringent measures to fortify our systems against cybersecurity threats such as malware, exploitation (hacking) attempts, and data breaches.
