Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the Abrasive Systems Coated Abrasives team supporting innovative product development. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on, self-starter approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Location: Onsite, Maplewood, MN

Pay Range: $19 to $22 p/h W-2 depending upon experience

What's the Job?

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and experiments on industrial products, following established protocols and procedures.

• Operate, maintain, and calibrate multiple pieces of equipment used in the preparation and testing of abrasive samples.

• Prepare and characterize samples and resins using prescribed formulations and test methods while adhering to strict safety guidelines.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data accurately and efficiently.

• Document and report test results, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution.

• At least 2 years working in a laboratory setting (school or professional)

• Consistent, reliable transportation to this on-site job.

• Strong technical and/or mechanical background.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
