Here, you will make an impact by:Leading digital and integrated (online and offline) customer experiences through the execution of strategic integrated marketing plans, innovative promotions and campaigns, cohesive brand narrative, and modern communication strategies.Planning and development of holistic, integrated communications programs to increase awareness and drive purchase intent of branded products across B2B audiences worldwide.Managing the execution of integrated marketing program strategies and assets.Partnering with cross-function teams and colleagues to ensure alignment of program communication execution.Managing marketing agency partners and fulfillment vendors to insure continued strategic alignment and executional excellence.Defining and aligning teams on S.M.A.R.T. objectives, ROI analyses, and campaign metrics to show engagement and reach of specific vehicles or campaigns.Providing modern marketing expertise and thought leadership aligned to business objectives and growth initiatives.Proactively managing approved project budgets and tracking in the Ad/Merch budget.Enforcing proper brand usage and ensuring full brand compliance in created materials (visual/verbal/written/image identity).Leading the development and/or implementation of processes and tools to optimize outcomes.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelors degree (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.Seven (7) combined years' experience in Agency (account, strategy, or digital role), and/or Corporate/Business Marketing Communications in a private, public or military environment.Five (5) years of experience leading and presenting to cross-functional teamsAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Demonstrated ability to translate marketing objectives into the execution of a detailed, communication plan with online and offline tactics and KPIs.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade others in a cross-functional, matrix environment.Strong project and time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize.Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.Prior experience writing creative briefs.Customer/client-centric mindset combined with contagious enthusiasm, passion, and curiosity.Excellent writing skills, high-level of creativity, and the ability to think analytically.Experience or in-depth knowledge of Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams and working with marketing software such as Eloqua and Adobe Analytics.Comfort with ambiguity.Work location:Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to 3M Center, Maplewood, MN for Moments the Matter activities)Part time (32 hours a week)Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
