Here, you will make an impact by:Lead and participate on projects that drive root cause defects to eliminate unplanned deductions.Collaborate withcross functionalteams to manage work requests and drive specific projects.Identifies process defects, defines and implements process improvements acrosscustomer processesand supply chain processes.Provide data, analysis and tools to assist in the improvement of deduction/process defects, business processes and Business Transformation.Implement control plans to maintain gains across key identified projects.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Possess a Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionTwo (2) years of experience analyzing data with common data platforms including but not limited to Excel, Power BI, and Access databases in a private, public, government or military environmentTwo (2) years of experience in project leadership in a private, public, government or military environmentTwo (2) years of experience in manufacturing, business transformation, sales analytics, and/or supply chain in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience leading and working with cross-functional teamsLegacy and SAP systems backgroundExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including oral and writtenStrong Data Analytical SkillsLean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt trainedWork location:Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)Travel: May include up to 20% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: Is not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically and financially.
