Job Title: Supported Living Manager
Location: Margate, Kent
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum
Full time permanent - 37.5 hours per week.

You will be a positive role model and champion of change, responsible for creating a setting where the people we support control their own lives by demonstrating and promoting the value of diversity and individuality.
You will make things happen for the people we support.
Every day you will:
Ensure we meet the highest quality and standards including risk assessments, support plans and person centred plans.
Carry out regular checks on all records and files in relations to the people we support.
Ensure all quality, safeguarding, data protection, HR, Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
Oversee the production of weekly rotas, minimise costs and reduce agency staff.
Build good relationships with commissioners, professionals, families, carers, staff, neighbours and the wider community.
Seek opportunities to develop and improve services and challenge poor practice.
Participate in an on-call rota system and provide hands on support when required.
Staff management including recruitment, performance management, staff training, observations of Team Leaders and disciplinary meetings.
Ensure that PPE is worn, and infection control policy is adhered to.
All we need from you is:
A full clean driving licence.
A positive and energetic attitude.
The ability to work well under pressure.
