You'll work with existing clients to manage their needs and accounts and continue to improve relationships. Our client is a leader in the calibration space, working with thousands of organizations worldwide.

Hours and Benefits for the Inside Sales Representative:

• Monday-Friday, 7 am-4 pm, Hybrid schedule

• $55,000-$60,000/year base, plus commission

Responsibilities for the Inside Sales Representative:

• Manage existing customer accounts, explain services, handle orders and requests and maintain relationships

• Identify areas of technical errors to prevent potential complaints

• Utilize CRM to maintain contracts, referrals, and potential business leads

• Field calls and triage to the appropriate department when applicable

• Provide in-house support to sales staff

Requirements for the Inside Sales Representative:

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field preferred, and 2+ years of B2B account management experience

• General IT knowledge highly preferred!

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to be a self-starter
