Robert Half Payroll Accountant in Marietta, Georgia

Description

We are seeking a Payroll Accountant in the non-profit industry, based in Marietta, Georgia. This position is a Full Time employment opportunity. The main function of this role is to reconcile and manage payroll data.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately reconcile data from ADP and manage payroll records

• Understand and apply accrual and pay policies effectively

• Use advanced Excel skills to create pivot tables and vlookup creations

• Analyze and solve payroll related problems

• Maintain an accurate record of employee hours and PTO

• Use Accounting Software Systems and ADP Workforce Now proficiently

• Administer 401k - RRSP Administration tasks

• Conduct regular audits of payroll data

• Utilize accounting functions to ensure accurate payroll processing

• Use Concur and About Time software for timekeeping and expense management

Requirements • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now

• Skilled in using Ceridian

• Ability to work with Concur

• Knowledge of 401k - RRSP Administration

• Understanding of About Time

• Ability to perform all Accounting Functions

• Proficient in Accrual Accounting

• Experience with Auditing
