SUMMARY * Performs as a Product Owner/Technical Lead for an Agile Development Team for (AMMM) Air Mobility and Maritime Missions Mission Systems & Software Team. * (AMMM) Air Mobility and Maritime Missions - Agile teams are cross functional teams responsible for the system requirements, design, integration, and verification including the software development. * The primary focus is C-130J with possible assignments related to C-5 and P-3. * Performs technical planning, requirements development, system design, system integration, verification and validation, cost analysis, and risk assessments. * Decomposes requirements allocated to the Mission Systems & Software team and allocates to hardware and software configuration items. Performs reviews of the hardware and software implementation to verify compliance to system requirements and design. * Responsible for overall verification approach between systems test, unit test, and black box testing. * Performs analysis to show compliance with system level requirements and MIL-HDBK-516C and CNS ATM airworthiness criteria for the Mission System & Software design. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: * Avionics systems design * Avionics systems design integration * Requirements development in DOORS * Systems test and verification in lab environment * Technical Project management * Technical planning DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: * Previous experience with C-130J Avionics Systems / Subsystems development, requirements management, system design definition, integration of avionics hardware with integrating processor software in lab environment *Modern flight management systems, *Link 16, JREAP, DOORS requirements management, *Agile development methodology, and team leadership with cross functional teams including system design, integration, and software development. Desired skills include experience with - C-130J avionics architecture, requirements management, system design definition, integrating avionics hardware, modern flight management systems, Link 16, JREAP, DOORS requirements management, Agile development, and managing cross functional teams including system design/integration and software development.
