Participates in the development and execution of local workforce strategies required to support Marietta Production Operations. This role will report through the Operations Workforce Integration Manager.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manages hourly internal staffing process and supports external staffing process

• Utilize production staffing forecasts to drive

internal/external hiring decisions

• Schedule and conduct candidate interviews

• Develop labor strategies to align with contractual bargaining agreement

• Assist with community outreach initiatives to include K-12, technical colleges, and local college and career academies

• Lead skills development programs and employee upskilling projects

• Liaise between various functional teams Labor Relations, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Production management

• Develop reports, presentations, project management status reports

• Manage planning/requirements of Marietta Apprenticeship Program

• Organize and maintain documentation as needed to support staffing requirements

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
