Internship Overview:

As an intern on the Project Management Office (PMO) team at ATS, you will have the opportunity to partner with our team to support internal strategic projects across the organization. The internship is going to include direct hands-on experience supporting the PMO team through various research, campaigns and reporting to gain valuable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with leaders and other team members to assist in real world business scenarios and challenges in an internal consultant/business advisory services role.

  • Common tasks performed will include, but not limited to: process mapping, Visio flow chart, user acceptance testing for any new software or tools, document workflows, interviews for process documentation, and presentations.

  • With many ongoing projects across the company, we will likely align with the selected intern’s degree or career interest. Projects may span technology, finance, operations or covering our business segments like testing, inspection or calibration services.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Must be a pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, ideally majoring in Business, Information Systems or similar program

  • Experienced with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
