ManpowerGroup Construction Manager in Marietta, Pennsylvania

Position Title: Construction Manager

Duration: Contract with possibility of extension upto 3 years.

Pay Rate : $70/hr. + Benefits

Shift: Day Shift

Location: Marietta, PA100% On-Site

Position Overview:

The Construction Manager oversees the daily management of construction and demolition activities, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and compliance with design, cost, and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role supports various project phases, from detailed design to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all construction and demolition activities.

  • Develop and maintain the Construction and Demolition Plan.

  • Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

  • Address construction issues throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and GSK requirements.

  • Coordinate with engineering teams and contractors for project success.

  • Oversee Health & Safety during the construction phase, including waste management.

  • Lead contractor selection and manage performance.

  • Regularly report on progress, safety, and quality to the Project Manager.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.

  • Recognized construction management qualifications.
