We currently have an opportunity for a CDS Data Technician I at our Marinette, Wisconsin location. POSITION SUMMARY The Class Design Services Data Technician supports the Class Design Services Technical Program Manager generating, processing, managing and tracking information in database systems, data management software and word processing software. They will also provide general administrative and clerical duties as needed, including word processing, spreadsheet development, PowerPoint and recordkeeping. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, as directed. Develop Scheduling tools iso of timely product delivery. Assist with bid proposal preparation. Ability to type or create reports/project documentation in a final format from rough notes or drafts. Generate, submit, track and manage requests for information across numerous organizations. Maintaining Department electronic library. Utilize spreadsheet, database, graphic, flow chart, organization chart and word processing software. Scanning service as required. Coordinate technical deliverables and documentation to the customer. Must abide by and enforce all organizational policies and procedures.
