Job Description

Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for hourly production team member positions in our Marion, Ohio manufacturing facility. The Marion, Ohio plant is the world's largest manufacturer of clothes dryers. • 4/10 work schedule

• Starting wage of $19.60 per hour 

   

Day to Day (what a typical day or week looks like in this role)

As an associate, you will need to be able to work in a fast paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. What You Need to Succeed

• Must be at least 18 years old
•  Must have high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
•  Work Experience, Manufacturing Experience a Plus
• The ability to read and write simple English or American Sign Language, including following detailed directions.
•  Ability to inspect, operate machinery, use air tools and standard hand tools (pliers, screwdrivers, etc.) as well as interpret work instructions.
• The ability to repetitively wire, lube, glue, sort, and clip components of various sizes and lengths and weights.
• The ability to lift
  • Occasional (0-33% of the workday) 20 - 50 pounds.
  •  Frequent (34-66% of the workday) 10 - 25 pounds
  • Constant (67-100% of the workday) up to 10 pounds
•  The ability to stand or sit for the duration of the shift.
• The position will require you have the ability to reach (over shoulder), twist/turn, push/pull bend frequently
• The ability to work with components that are in constant motion along an assembly line without adverse effects.
• The ability to work on a team of assemblers in close proximity to each other.
•  The skill to make timely decisions and providing occasional instruction to each other.

•  The ability to pass a drug test and background check
