Job Title: Entry-Level General Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level General Laborer to clean and prepare steel forms used for concrete projects globally. This role involves cleaning, preparing, assembling, disassembling, and replacing components of steel forms, as well as operating material handling equipment. The successful candidate will ensure all operational procedures are followed meticulously.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare steel forms for painting and repair.

• Assemble, disassemble, and replace components as needed.

• Move and stack parts according to requirements.

• Operate material handling equipment.

• Count, stack, bundle, band, and palletize parts.

• Ensure all operational procedures are followed.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency with hand tools and general tool knowledge.

• Basic understanding of construction and general labor.

• Ability to measure accurately with a tape measure.

• Experience in general manufacturing, concrete work, and power tools.

• Forklift operation skills.

• Good work ethic.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous tasks.

• Capability to work in all weather conditions.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Punctuality and reliability.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
