Job Summary:
The Repack Team Member will work with an energetic team to pack ready-to-cook, ready-to-heat, and ready-to-eat food for grocers, wholesalers, restaurants, and institutional food services.
A Sample of the Role:
- Keeping the best inside: Inspect and process our high-quality USDA and FDA-certified food
- Repack: Pack and palletize our finished product into its newly designed packaging
- *Detail-Oriented: *Verify the details of work for accuracy

Your Natural Ingredients to Win:
- Ability to follow instructions, verbal and written
- Ability to work with established routines and procedures
- Effective communication, interpersonal, technical, problem-solving, and organization skills
- Ability to stand for 8 -- 10 hours in a cool environment (45 degrees)
Ability to lift 10 -- 40lbs

Compensation:
- Starting hourly rate of $18.00 ($16.00/hr. base pay with $2.00/hr. shift premium)
- Opportunity for pay increases up to $19.50
