ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this job class and are not all-inclusive to this position.) Ensure consistent high-quality service to all our team members and guests. Accountable for an assigned cashier bank during their shift and must balance at the end of their shift. Execute monetary transactions for guests. Money handling accuracy. Accurately complete necessary paperwork associated with the position. Comply with all IRGC rules and regulations, as well as federal, state, and local guidelines. Assist guests with player\'s club accounts. Must be friendly and courteous at all times Must be able to apply customer service standards as directed Able to satisfactorily complete assignable work requested by the Shift Manager Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma/GED Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, written and verbal communication skills. Requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license. Must have a professional demeanor and presence with the ability to interact with guests and team members in the Company.
