Brief Statement of Duties

Brief Statement of Duties:

Under routine supervision, perform a variety of duties necessary for daily maintenance, operation and supervision of employees in Starbucks and Retail Stores. Provide skills and perform duties necessary to lead and engage the staff in the preparation and resale of various beverages, food and retail items, ensuring operational success through excellent customer service and maintaining store standards. Perform a variety of similar retail and catering service duties in the summer as determined by operational needs of the Dining Services Department.

Three years' retail and/or retail restaurant experience two of which must be working in a "Barista" concept retail store. One year experience utilizing computerized cash registers and handling cash.
