RN WESTERN MENTAL HEALTH CENTER Marshall, MN We are looking for a FT Registered Nurse to be part of our Team. Duties include conducting health assessments, vitals, making recommendations to primary care & mental health providers, completing the MAR, requesting hospitalization/PCP records, and working with local pharmacies on prior auths and medication adherence, and injections. This individual will work part time in an office setting and the other time in the jail with incarcerated individuals. They will also work closely with our co-responder team and medical director. Experience in a mental health setting preferred but not required. Must be able to work with an inter-disciplinary team and have excellent communication and documentation skills.
